What I remember: Arthur and Merlin have two sons named Colin and... Bradley? Or was it James? Basically, Bradley/James broke Colin's stuffed dragon because Colin claimed it was his best friend instead of Bradley/James. Merlin and Bradley/James make Colin a treat afterwards to apologize while Arthur comforted Colin.
